What is your cancellation policy?
Credit card payment in full is required at time of booking.
Regular cancellation(s) may be made up to 14 days in advance of your tour and a refund will be provided, less a $15 per person administration fee. Tours canceled within 14 days are 100% non-refundable, however, may be rescheduled for another date within the next 12 months. Tours canceled within 7 days are 100% non-refundable and may not be rescheduled. All cancellation notices must be received by e-mail.
***Please note, on rare occasions, we have to substitute tour destinations from those that are listed due to availability or other issues beyond our control. We do our best to notify you in advance of changes to your itinerary where possible.
What happens if the government imposes restrictions due to COVID
Tours that have to be canceled due to government imposed restrictions are non-refundable, however, a full credit will be applied towards a future tour.
Do we need to wear masks while on our tour?
In alignment with the changing regulations by the Province of Ontario, effective March 21, 2022 , those joining us for a wine tour will no longer be required to wear a mask in the vehicle.
We remain committed to maintaining a healthy and safe environment and will continue with our cleaning and disinfection of our vehicles.
We ask that you demonstrate respect and kindness towards our staff or any individual who elects to continue wearing a mask while on tour with us. Hand sanitizer will still be available for use while on tour with us and we do ask that if you are feeling ill to please stay home!
What payment is required to book a tour?
Yes, we require full payment at time of booking.
Can you individual payments from guests in a group?
Yes, we are able to send out a link to the group and collect individual payments so that 1 person doesn't need to be responsibly for the entire group
How many people will be on my tour?
All of our tours are fully private, only the people in your group will be on the tour
What happens if it rains?
Our tours run rain or shine, dress accordingly and we provide umbrellas if needed. What better way to spend a rainy day than sipping on wine!
How long are the tours?
Depending on the tour you would be looking at approx. 5-6 hours.
Do you allow dogs as part of your tours?
There many wineries within Niagara that are dog friendly and we would happily provide that list but unfortunately at this time we don’t offer tours that include our furry friends unless required for medical reasons.
How far in advance do I need to book?
The earlier you book the better, especially if you looking for a Saturday. We recommend in high season July-Sept you look to book 6 weeks advance.

I'm pregnant and/or I don't drink, can I get a discount on the tour?
We don’t provide discounted rates if you’re not drinking. If you have a guest who is expecting we will provide them with a bottle of bubbly to take home and enjoy after baby's arrival. We can provide non-alcoholic beverages at each stop though.
We’re organizing a company/corporate event, can you arrange a custom tour for us?
Yes, let us take over the stress of planning a day out for your employees or clients.
How do I book a tour?

How many wineries are included on the tour?
Our packaged tours typically visit 4-5 wineries but we can fully customize the tour if you only wanted to do 3 and shorten the tour.
What should we wear on tour?
Whatever your heart desires! A few things to consider, weather, comfort and photo opportunities.
Do you accommodate dietary restrictions for lunch & dinner?
Please give us advance notice of any dietary restrictions so we can let the winery restaurant know ahead of time.
Do your tours include lunch?
We offer tours that include lunch, dinner or small snacks.
Do we need to tip our tour guide?
Gratuities are always appreciated at your discretion. If you are inclined to give a tip based on excellent service please feel welcome to do so.
What do your tours include?
Our tours include local private group transportation, personal tour guide, all tour & tasting experiences and a light snack throughout the day or you can add on lunch or dinner. We will ensure a safe, responsible and fun day out in Niagara to help you create some great memories.
What is not included as part of the tour?
Many of the wines you'll experience on our tours are only available for purchase at the wineries, making it an extra special experience! Any wine purchases would be extra.
Is there a place to leave my personal belongings during the Tour?
You are responsible for your own personal belongings, the vehicle will only have your group of guest in it for the day and you are welcome to leave items in there while on tour. Our guide will be in the vehicle while you are tasting and it will be securely locked when he leaves.

Where do we get picked up & dropped off?
When staying locally within Niagara we will pick up and drop off at your accommodations. If driving in for the day we will arrange for a meeting spot to pick you up where you can park your vehicle for the day.
Do you offer long distance pick-up?
We sure do! Please reach out to us directly and we can provide you with a quote on the long distance collection charge.
Do you allow drinking in your vehicles?
No, we do not allow drinking while in the vehicle. We can promise you that there will be plenty of opportunity to enjoy the wine/beer/spirits tastings that there is no need to add to it!
