Bench Brewery

Bench Brewing Company is a Belgian-inspired farmhouse brewery located on 8 acres of farmland in Niagara’s beautiful Twenty Valley. The brewery is situated in the Town of Lincoln, right in the heart of the the region’s rural but sophisticated wine region. 

The Exchange

The Exchange is a new premium brewery and tasting room located in Niagara-on-the-Lake’s Old Town heritage district. Although the town is known as the heart of Ontario’s wine country, it is also the scene of a burgeoning craft-brewing industry. With brewing and agricultural roots that stretch back to the late 1700s, Niagara-on-the-Lake is the perfect home for The Exchange’s approach to brewing, which blends traditional and modern techniques and equipment.

Oast

As one of Canada’s original producers of traditional-style Farmhouse Ales, the idea of Oast House has always been to follow the Niagara winemaking tradition of crafting a truly unique product that derives both its character and distinction from the land. 

Silversmith

The 1890s church is now home to not only a Brewery and Beer Hall, but also passionate and knowledgeable folks who are itching to guide an incredible beer experience like none other.

Silversmith proudly redefines not only the craft beer experience but tourism in Niagara. They’ve created a space where travelers and locals alike meet and seek refuge over a delicious brew.

The Grist

The Grist is the collective brainchild and “OG’s” of Garciolli’s, started in 1994 on Mary Street in Niagara on the Lake while spending the better part of growing up on Line 3 in Virgil.

The family has champagne taste (on a beer budget) and believe nothing is more important than family time around delicious food and of course some high octane drinks.

Niagara Teaching Brewery

The open-concept state-of-the-art 1,500 sq. ft. teaching micro-brewery facility offers students of Canada’s first Brewmaster and Brewery Operations Management program extensive hands on training in the on-site Brewery to prepare them for employment in the expanding brewery, microbrewery and brewpub industries.
